AFTER SALES SERVICE

Wood Energy offers a nationwide after-sales service to ensure that you achieve optimum performance from the boiler throughout its lifetime.

We offer a service package that distinguishes three levels of service and call out response. It allows the customer to choose which best suits their individual circumstances.


Bronze service:

This is the basic services contract that covers the manufacturers recommended service visits only. Breakdown response would be provided on a best available date at the time of your call at an additional cost.
 

Silver service:

In addition to the manufacturers recommended services this offer includes for one emergency call out per annum. For calls received before 11 am an engineer will be onsite within two working days.


Gold service:

This is our premium services level for installations where immediate response is important. In addition to the service package, it includes an agreed number of emergency call outs and offers a same working day response for calls received before 11am.
